“5A” Process, Assessment, Analyze, Action Plan, Action , Achievement. Business financial year is of 12 months period, so we follow this process every quarter of the business. This “5A” Process help us to measure and review quarterly performance of the activities we do, so that if any change in action needed can be fix then and there, that helps to set a systematic and measurable approach towards the ABCD of the Business. Note: “ABCD” stands for Advertising , Branding, Consulting, Designing.
